This Privacy Policy explains what personal information GrittyChef ("GrittyChef", "we", "us") collects when you use grittychef.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, email us at support@grittychef.com.
When you visit the Site, we and our partners automatically collect certain information from your device. This includes your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, the page that referred you, the pages you view, how long you spend on them, and your approximate location based on your IP address. We keep account information for as long as your account is open. If you delete your account or ask us to delete your data, we will delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, unless we need to keep some of it to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Analytics and advertising data is kept for the periods set by the relevant provider.
Our service providers and advertising partners may process your information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where UK or EU personal data is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the relevant authorities.
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are in the UK or EU and under 16, please do not create an account without permission from a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
